My name is Heather Berry. I am an Amsterdam-based, English speaking, Postpartum Support Specialist, with a background in Postpartum Nursing and Professionally Certified Coaching.
I am pleased to offer professional, compassionate support to postpartum women, who may be struggling with the multiple challenges of motherhood. I specialize in helping new moms learn how to adapt, cope, and embrace their new role, so they can enjoy and appreciate this special time in their baby’s life.

I offer a free non-binding Introductory call – approximately 20-30 minutes.
This is an opportunity for us to introduce ourselves and for you to learn a bit more about me and the services I offer. We will discuss your needs and wishes and determine if we are a good fit for each other.

Offering you continued, quality support for both you and your baby during the first three months after giving birth (the 4th Trimester).
